Meet the Team

As Worktank’s HR Director, Wendy’s work is focused on supporting the team to ensure every employee is able to deliver their best work.  Wendy is an experienced human resources leader with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of industries including technology, healthcare, higher education, and public sector organizations. She takes pride in building strong partnerships with leaders to and teams to drive business results and build a strong workplace culture.

What do you like best about your job? 

There is a wide variety of functions with HR all of which help the business and support the employees–I enjoy that variety..  And I love working with teams to deliver great work and develop their careers.

How do you like to spend your time outside of the office? Do you have any hobbies?

I love to travel and try to visit a few new places each year.  My husband and two dogs are my traveling companions!

What is your favorite movie and why?

My favorite movie is recent: Barbie—it was so well done and funny and heartwarming with an important underlying message.
