Q&A with Leslie:

What is your favorite movie and why?
The Piano by Jane Campion. The main character never utters a word, but she’s the strongest force in the entire movie. (And she won an Oscar for her role.) The musical score is beautiful and blends perfectly with the wild New Zealand landscape.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why?
Time travel. Because getting to see other times, without the inventions we now have, would be amazing. Though I’d also want invisibility, so I don’t get caught!

What is your favorite quote?
“You don’t have a right to the cards you believe you should have been dealt. You have an obligation to play the hell out of the ones you’re holding.” Cheryl Strayed
